#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Toward the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a longer warm-up or the start of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy flowing.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for maintaining optimal body function and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may also observe improved performance in your other workouts.
