### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring constant movement of the body. Toward the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches to truly enhance the engagement. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for further activity.
Mobility exercises are crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Furthermore, as you improve your mobility, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts as well.
