#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining movement throughout. Towards the end of the class, we’ll incorporate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility exercises are essential for ensuring a body that operates at its best and remains free from injury. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you’re likely to see improved performance in your other workouts.
