#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, keeping the body in motion throughout. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to deepen the engagement. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more activity.
Mobility work is essential for maintaining a body that operates optimally and avoids injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe increased performance in your other workouts as well.
