### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
