### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition through various hip mobility routines, seamlessly moving from one movement to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
