#### What to Expect

During this session, we’ll glide effortlessly through various hip mobility sequences, maintaining a continuous flow of movement throughout the class. At the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up prior to a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is crucial for keeping your body operating at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts as well.
