#### Flow for Hip Mobility + Glutes
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to the next, ensuring a fluid experience throughout. Towards the conclusion of the session, we’ll integrate several static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength routine, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
