### Class for Hip Mobility and Glute Engagement
In this session, we’ll flow effortlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous motion. Near the conclusion, we’ll incorporate some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds towards the end.
Including mobility work in your routine is essential for maintaining optimal body function and minimizing injury risk. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you will likely experience improved performance in other workouts as well.
