### Hip Mobility + Glutes Routine
In this class, we’ll seamlessly progress through a range of hip mobility exercises, transitioning fluidly from one sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up before a longer strength session, you can skip the static holds at the end.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for maintaining optimal body function and reducing the risk of injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too!
