### Class for Hip Mobility + Glutes

In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining continuous movement throughout the class. As we approach the end, we will add a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength session, you can opt to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and for minimizing the risk of injuries. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts, too.
