#### What You’ll Experience in This Workshop
Throughout this session, we will transition smoothly between various hip mobility routines, keeping a steady flow of movement. At the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up before a more strenuous strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
Incorporating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for maintaining optimal body function and minimizing injury risks. Moreover, as your flexibility advances, you’ll likely witness improved performance in your other fitness activities as well!
