#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body stays engaged. Near the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to truly loosen up the hips. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles prepared for additional activity.
