### Glutes & Hip Mobility Session

### Glutes + Hip Mobility Flow
During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, moving fluidly from one sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up ahead of a strength workout, you can opt to skip the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is vital for maintaining optimal body function and minimizing injury risk. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may also see greater performance in your other workouts!
