#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movement fluid all the way through. Toward the conclusion of the class, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the initiation of a longer strength routine, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
