### Glute Activation & Hip Mobility Sequence
In today’s session, we’ll transition fluidly through various hip mobility sequences, maintaining a constant pace throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we will add some static stretching. Should you opt to use this class as a warm-up prior to a strength workout, you can skip the final static holds if preferred.
Engaging in mobility exercises is crucial for ensuring your body operates effectively and for reducing the risk of injuries. Moreover, as your flexibility improves, you may find that your overall workout performance enhances as well.
