### Flow of Hip Mobility + Glutes

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly through a variety of hip mobility moves, connecting one sequence to the next. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for strength training, you can opt out of the static holds at the conclusion.
