### What to Anticipate in This Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly flow through a series of hip mobility exercises, making seamless transitions from one movement to the next. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you plan to use this as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
