### Glutes + Hip Mobility Flow
During this class, we will transition continuously through a range of hip mobility exercises, moving seamlessly from one flow to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you are utilizing this session as a thorough warm-up before a strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the end.
