#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition effortlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring a constant flow of movement. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate several static stretches to truly enhance the work. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
