### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition through various hip mobility exercises, flowing from one sequence to another. Toward the finish, we’ll include a couple of static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and minimizing the risk of injuries. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
