#### Glutes + Hip Mobility Flow

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, maintaining a consistent flow throughout. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up before a more extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is crucial for keeping your body performing at its best and lowering the risk of injury. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’re likely to notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
