### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body active the entire time. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to ensure your muscles remain primed for demanding activity.
