### Hip Mobility & Glute Integration
In today’s class, we’ll engage in a seamless flow of hip mobility movements, transitioning smoothly from one sequence into the next. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up before a more extended strength workout, you can skip the static stretches at the conclusion.
Incorporating mobility exercises into your routine is essential for keeping your body functioning well and free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you might find that your performance in other workouts improves as well.
