### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring a dynamic flow of movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
