#### Glutes + Hip Mobility Session
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, maintaining a fluid motion throughout. At the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretching exercises. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a strength training session, you can skip the static holds at the end.
