### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

Today, our focus will be on hip mobility, with a particular emphasis on strengthening the glutes as we progress through the exercises.

#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll smoothly transition through various hip mobility sequences, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion of the session, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or at the start of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep up your momentum.

Mobility training is crucial for maintaining optimal body function and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
