#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we will fluidly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Toward the conclusion, we will introduce several static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more comprehensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for higher intensity activities.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for maintaining an optimally functioning body and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’re likely to experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
