#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
