### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**
In this session, we’ll move fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest you bypass the static holds at the conclusion.
Working on mobility is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility gets better, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
