### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining steady movement throughout our time together. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion.
