### Lower Body Strength Circuit Workout

This 45-minute lower body strength circuit session only needs one heavy weight—be it a dumbbell or kettlebell—and an optional resistance band loop. The workout features a guided warm-up and cool-down, with no jumping required, making it easily adjustable by changing the weight. It’s suitable for all fitness levels!

### Equipment Needed

– **One heavy weight** (I’m utilizing a 20 lb dumbbell)
– **Optional:** Resistance band loop

### Workout Structure

The class opens with a warm-up centered around mobility and dynamic movements to get your body ready. The workout is divided into two circuits:

– **Circuit 1:** Four exercises
– **Circuit 2:** Five exercises

Every exercise is executed for **45 seconds**, followed by **10 seconds of rest/transition time**. After finishing all exercises in a circuit, you’ll take a **30-second** rest before starting again.

– **Circuit 1:** Done **four times** (twice on the right side, twice on the left).
– **Circuit 2:** Done **three times**.

You’ll receive a **one-minute recovery** between circuits, but feel free to pause the video for additional rest if required. Always heed your body’s signals and make modifications as needed.

The session wraps up with a guided cool-down and stretch.
