### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring continuous movement at all times. As we approach the conclusion of the session, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a lengthier strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more exertion.
Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates efficiently and remains free from injuries. As you persist in enhancing your mobility, you’ll likely observe enhancements in your performance in other workouts as well.
