### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, maintaining continuous movement throughout our session. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up for a more demanding strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds.
