### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up before a strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds.
