### **Glutes + Hip Mobility Class**
In this session, we will move fluidly through a range of hip mobility exercises, transitioning smoothly from one action to another. Near the finish, we will add a few static stretches. If you are using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength training session, feel free to omit the static holds.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is essential for maintaining optimal body function and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility enhances, you might notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
