### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining fluid movement throughout the class. Toward the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds.
Incorporating mobility work into your schedule is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
