### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Toward the end of the class, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more vigorous strength workout, you’re welcome to bypass the static holds at the conclusion.
