During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
