### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring constant movement throughout. As we near the end of the class, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you plan to use this session as a warm-up prior to a longer strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for optimal movement and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
