### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movement fluid throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this as a comprehensive warm-up or the start of a more extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for sustaining a well-performing, injury-free body. Moreover, as your mobility increases, you may also notice improved performance in your other workouts.
