### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will flow effortlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up ahead of a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
