### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one **hip mobility** sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement. Towards the end, we’ll integrate a few **static stretches** to enhance flexibility. However, if you plan to use this session as a **warm-up** for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
