#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring a steady flow of movement throughout. Towards the end, we will add a couple of static stretches to help deepen the effects. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for further activity.

Mobility training is crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal functioning and preventing injuries. As your mobility improves, you’ll likely experience better performance in your other workouts.
