### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility drill to the next, keeping up a constant flow throughout the session. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up prior to a strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
Adding mobility exercises to your regimen is crucial for keeping your body operating at its best and minimizing the chance of injury. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts.
