#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring that our bodies stay engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the practice. However, if you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and stays free from injuries. As you progress in your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workout routines as well.
