### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In today’s class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring continuous motion throughout. Near the end, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds.
