### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. At the conclusion, we will add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up prior to a strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
