#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition continuously from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
