### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we will fluidly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Toward the conclusion of the class, we will add a few static stretches. If you are using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for achieving optimal movement and preventing injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility enhances, you will likely notice improvements in your performance during other workouts as well.
